Tra i gelsi
Our Tra i gelsi is a wine with good body and harmony that embodies the different peculiarities of the territory at the foot of the Euganean Hills, concentrating them in its essence.
The harvest is manual, in crates.
The grapes are destemmed in the cellar, sent to a steel tank for fermentation in red, at a temperature of 27-28 ° C. for about 10-15 days. In this circumstance, the soft and delicate extraction of the noblest substances present in the skins is carried out.
Malolactic fermentation takes place immediately after alcoholic fermentation.
The aging takes place in steel, for a period of 6-8 months and the subsequent refinement in the bottle for a period of not less than 3 months.
