We grow Glera, Raboso, Sauvignon Krètos, Merlot, Merlot Kanthus, Merlot Korus, Cabernet Volos, Fleurtail and Moscato giallo grapes. To be enjoyed at home or walking in our vineyard, discovering its flavors and sensations. The single-variety Prosecco turns into Silk Bubbles on the palate. Sauvignon Krètos like a Knight accompanies dishes with its complex and elegant aromatic heritage. In the ten hectares of the property, the historic varieties of the Euganean Hills are cultivated, vines that have become trendy today such as Glera and the modern resistant PIWI varieties, the vineyards are grown in compliance with the organic cultivation regulations. The choice of new grape varieties (PIWI), which do not require phytosanitary treatments, are particularly suitable for organic crops, for the development of soil fertility and for promoting environmental biodiversity.
